Being one of the favorite sites in Dahab area, The Island provide a large variety of hard and soft coral, combined with an outstanding topography. You can explore a maze of coral boulders, alleyways and valleys all in less than 18 m of depth. The three giant pinnacles have grown together over the years and created a fantastic underwater landscape with all the beauty of the underwater sea life in the Red Sea. Due to an earthquake in 1995 huge sections of the reef collapsed exposing holes and cracks that are rapidly filling up with renewed coral growth. In one of the lagoons you can find the home of thousands of juvenile barracudas and large sn...apper.
