Effective 17.06.2022, Covid-19 entry restrictions
have been removed. All arrivals no longer need to complete any tests
or show proof of vaccination.
We monitor the situation and if required Covid protocol will be implemented, we advise guest to bring Covid Self Test with them to be at hand if needed!
With travel restrictions and more inconveniences, we all want the pandemic behind us and be able to dive as soon as local guidelines allow. Responsible re-opening was the first step! Our team have studied and evaluated the daily work on our liveaboards under Covid 19. Since restart of operation in June 2020 precaution measurements are placed in a useful, safe, practical and environmentally friendly protocol that can be followed by everyone on board.
Safety of guests, guides and crew is important to us, as a team we can minimize the risk together!
EXAMPLE of Covid 19 Protocol on board King Snefro Fleet liveaboards
Most important is physical distancing on board which is easy to follow as we operate with full occupancy. A quick overview for the implemented protocol, this is subject to changes following the latest advice by authorities and risk assessment done:
· Guest agree to the use of disinfection (chlorine), this is needed as we must disinfect with bleach (e.g. on bags).
· Temperature will be measured directly before guest are allowed on board and will continue during the stay on board.
· Wearing a mask on board can be requested, in closed areas of the salon it is recommended except during meal time.
·
Air conditioning in public closed areas
can increase the spread of the virus. We will follow up according to pandemic level during the year.
· Air conditioning in cabin will be operated as usual, each cabin has an independent system.
· Guest are recommended to bring their own deck towels; cabin towels are provided but should stay in cabin.
·
We have
successfully implemented served buffet style on board; guest do not have to
bring their own plates etc.
· Water dispensers are available again, bring your reusable bottles to be refilled, bottled water will be available as well.
· Guest have to bring sufficient amount of single use mask for their period of stay on board.
· Gloves are not required for guests, we prefer regular hand washing. Hand sanitizer are provided in all public and private areas.
· Briefings might be held outside when possible; we move as many of the activities to be outside.
